Take a look inside Yashar Ahmedovski's luxury home in Fethiye

The well-known folk singer Yashar Ahmedovski, who for many years has been regarded as one of the most successful across the Balkans, has invested part of his earnings in real estate — among other places in Turkey, where he often stays.

Villa with a large yard and pool

In Fethiye, one of the more upscale and fashionable places in the country, Yashar has a house with a huge yard and a pool. Parts of his property can be seen in the posts he shares on Instagram.

As Yashar himself revealed on one occasion, he feels at home in Turkey — especially because of the similarities between the people and the energy he senses there, and even the food is similar.

He is originally from Macedonia; he was born in Plasnica, a village located between Kichevo and Prilep, and has been involved in music since early childhood. His brother Ipche, who was known to the public, unfortunately died in 1994 in a traffic accident.

He is married to his wife Snezana — they have been together since 1982, and they took their vows only after 20 years of being together. The couple met by chance while Yashar was on tour with Lepa Lukic.

One of their biggest unfulfilled wishes is to have children; Yashar has never hidden this, and although they have had a large number of unsuccessful attempts, they have not given up and are still considering adoption.
