Jordan Mitev wraps up Australia tour and returns to prepare 20‑year jubilee concert
After weeks of shows for the Macedonian diaspora, Mitev thanked fans online and is preparing a 20‑year jubilee concert on 26 December in Skopje.

Macedonian folk singer-songwriter Jordan Mitev has wrapped up a lengthy and well‑attended tour of Australia, announcing on social media that the series of concerts has ended and that he is returning home to complete other planned projects.
Over several weeks Mitev performed for the diaspora in Wollongong, Sydney, Canberra and staged energetic shows in Perth and Melbourne, filling halls and creating celebratory moments for Macedonian communities across the continent.
One highlight came in Melbourne, when Mitev picked up a kaval and played while the audience joined in unison to sing the cult song "Biser balkanski."
On his social accounts the singer addressed fans directly: "Dear and beloved, another successful tour in Australia has officially come to an end. I want to thank from the bottom of my heart my loyal audience and everyone who honored me with their presence… It is time to return home, to Macedonia, and to finish the remaining planned work." He also extended special thanks to organizer Vlatko Joveski and "Republika Entertainment."
Focus turns to 20th‑anniversary solo concert
Back in Macedonia, Mitev's immediate professional priority is a major jubilee solo concert that will mark 20 years of his musical career. The anniversary show is scheduled for 26 December at the Jane Sandanski Sports Center in Skopje.
Before that big homecoming event, the singer will also meet Macedonian audiences in Austria. Fans are already eagerly anticipating the December concert, hoping Mitev will deliver the kind of musical spectacle he brought to diaspora stages around the world.
