Marta Lazarova has shared intimate photographs from the hospital showing her and her newborn son, Luka, together for the first time since his arrival.
The couple’s baby was born on 1 October, weighing 3 kilograms, at a private hospital in Skopje under the care of Dr. Palchevski. Marta’s recent Instagram post captured quiet, tender moments in the hospital room and drew warm reactions from followers.
Earlier photos had been posted by her husband, Stefan Lazarov; now the proud mother posted a series of her own images that show her holding Luka close, smiling with obvious joy and calm.
Family story and name choice
Marta and Stefan have been together for ten years and married in 2023. They decided on the name Luka during the pregnancy; Marta has said she had initially preferred the name Leon, but after playful suggestions from Stefan they settled on Luka as a compromise.
Stefan was present at the birth and later described the event as an experience that changed his life. The couple and their newborn are reported to be doing well following the delivery.
The new photos continue a string of celebratory posts and congratulatory messages shared on social media since the couple announced the birth.
