Police action after footage surfaced
Footage showing a vehicle moving on a marked pedestrian crossing beside the Vardar circulated online and was brought to the attention of the traffic police. Following an internal check, MVR identified the driver and imposed a sanction.
Authorities confirmed the driver was found and penalized on the same day the footage was made public. Details about the driver's identity or the exact penalty were not disclosed in the initial notice.
