Buses will transport residents on Saturday, November 7, so they can collect pensions and social assistance; exact schedules will be published later.

The National Bank announced it will provide bus transportation on Saturday, November 7, from Prilep, Resen and Ohrid to the Alta Bank branch in Bitola so residents from those towns can collect pensions and social assistance.
Logistics and next steps
The central bank said exact departure times and detailed schedules will be released at a later time. The initiative is intended to help pensioners and other beneficiaries who may have difficulty reaching the branch on their own.
According to the announcement, passengers will be able to collect their money at the Bitola branch without opening accounts at other banks.
"The bank's clients do not need to open a payment account in another bank, because they will be able to use future inflows in full amount, via a payment card or by withdrawing cash at the bank's open counters," said the governor of the National Bank Trajko Slaveski at the evening press conference.
The National Bank emphasized the buses are being organized specifically to facilitate access to pension and social benefit payments for residents of the three towns. Further operational details will be published before the departure day.
