Igor Marković announces squad for "Trophy Macedonia"
Marković's first selection includes 20 players; team to assemble on 21 September 2026 at the Handball Federation
Newly appointed head coach Igor Marković has published the roster for North Macedonia's senior women's handball team ahead of the regional tournament "Trophy Macedonia".
The competition will feature several Balkan national sides and is intended to give playing time and tactical experience to a new generation of players as they prepare for the upcoming European Championship in which North Macedonia will participate.
This announcement represents Marković's first squad selection since taking over the national team coaching role.
The team will gather on 21 September 2026 (Monday) at 09:00 at the offices of the Handball Federation of North Macedonia.
