Szymon Hołownia, serving as deputy speaker of the Polish Sejm, is visiting the Assembly of North Macedonia today. The visit includes a planned meeting with the Assembly's Deputy Speaker, Antonio Milososki.

Schedule and public statements

Following their private talks, both deputy speakers are expected to address reporters and give joint statements to the media. The Assembly's press office confirmed that the media briefing will take place after the meeting.

Hołownia will also meet with the Assembly’s parliamentary group for cooperation with the Parliament of the Republic of Poland. The meetings are part of a broader parliamentary exchange between the two countries.

The Polish delegation accompanying Hołownia will take part in the talks with the Macedonian lawmakers. The programme foresees diplomatic and parliamentary discussions but no public timetable for additional events was published.

The visit underscores ongoing ties between the legislatures and aims to strengthen channels for cooperation and parliamentary dialogue between North Macedonia and Poland.
