She observed the first BiH vote to use scanners and fingerprint devices as part of a PACE delegation.

MP Bisera Kostadinovska-Stojchevska took part in an international observer mission for the elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina as a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) delegation.
New voting technology under observation
These were the first elections in Bosnia and Herzegovina to use digital voting tools such as scanners and fingerprint devices, a change that drew particular attention from observers.
"At the elections voters voted for the three members of the Presidency of BiH – a Bosniak, a Serb and a Croat; the House of Representatives of the Parliament of BiH; the House of Representatives of the Federation of BiH; the President and vice-presidents of Republika Srpska; the National Assembly of Republika Srpska; the cantonal assemblies in the Federation of BiH. The entire political structure at state and entity level was being elected," the Macedonian Assembly announced.
According to the Assembly's statement, the vote proceeded in line with democratic principles despite the challenges presented by the new technology.
Observers also noted electoral outcomes at different levels: one change in the tripartite presidency, while established parties retained leadership across the countrys entities.
