Flydubai to resume Dubai–Skopje flights on April 1, 2027
Three-times-weekly service starts 1 April 2027, with codeshare connections via Emirates to Asia and Australia.

flydubai will resume non-stop flights between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Skopje International Airport (SKP) from 1 April 2027, operating three times weekly on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Direct link to Dubai and onward codeshare connections
The relaunch restores a direct connection between Skopje and Dubai and, through a codeshare partnership with Emirates, gives passengers single-booking and through-checked baggage options for hundreds of onward destinations.
Ghaith Al Ghaith, Chief Executive Officer at flydubai, said: “Connectivity is a key part of Dubai’s success as a global aviation hub. By linking markets that have limited direct air services with Dubai, At flydubai, we have always believed that connectivity unlocks opportunities for tourism, trade and cultural exchange. Over the years, we have connected many cities that previously had limited direct links to Dubai and the wider world. The return of Skopje reflects that continued commitment.”
Jeyhun Efendi, Divisional Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations and E‑commerce at flydubai, added that the service will widen choice and flexibility for travellers and provide an attractive one‑stop option for leisure visitors, business passengers and the Macedonian diaspora in Australia and Asia.
Passengers from Skopje will be able to connect in Dubai to destinations in Australia and Asian gateways such as Shanghai and Singapore, as well as to cities on flydubai’s own network including Bangkok, Colombo and Zanzibar. The airline’s fleet and network figures in the announcement list 99 Boeing 737 aircraft and more than 120 destinations across 57 countries.
flydubai originally began flying to Skopje in October 2012; with the April 2027 restart the carrier returns to the Macedonian market and offers booking through its channels and travel agents.
