Parties to receive nearly 48,8 thousand euros for media advertising in Brvenica snap mayoral election
The SEC approved a 21,1 million-denar budget for the snap mayoral vote in Brvenica, including 3 million denars for paid media advertising.

The State Election Commission (SEC) unanimously approved the decisions and instructions needed to hold a snap mayoral election in the Municipality of Brvenica, scheduled for 18 October.
Officials set the overall budget for organising and running the vote at 21,1 million denars, or about 343 thousand euros. From that total, 3 million denars — roughly 48,8 thousand euros — are earmarked specifically for paid political advertising in the media.
Allocation and administrative preparations
The remainder of the funds will cover operational costs linked to running the election. The SEC also approved changes to its annual plan to provide additional financing for the Municipal Election Commission in Brvenica, the regional office in Tetovo, and for contracting IT engineers.
Members of the Municipal Election Commission will attend a mandatory training session to prepare for their duties on election day, 18 October.
The commission emphasised that the measures and budget decisions were taken unanimously as part of the organisational package for the extraordinary vote.
