Eight open‑space fires were recorded by 13:00, of which two remain active, one has been brought under control and five have been extinguished, the Center for Crisis Management reported.

Active flames are burning in the Municipality of Makedonski Brod near the village of Greshnica, m.v. Stojanova Naselba, where "low vegetation, degraded forest and shrubs" are on fire, and in the Municipality of Gostivar near the village of Padalište where "low vegetation and low‑stem forest" are burning.

The fire near the Delchevo landfill — listed as Deponija Delchevo in official reports — has been placed under control, after the blaze affected the dumpsite area.

Extinguished incidents

According to the Center for Crisis Management, five fires have been extinguished: in the Municipality of Struga near the village of Dolna Belica (a wild landfill), in the Municipality of Bosilovo near Monospitovo (low vegetation), in the Municipality of Valandovo near Sevenendekli (mixed forest), in the Municipality of Gevgelija between the villages of Selemli and Stojakovo (wild landfill), and in the Municipality of Gazi Baba alongside the railway in Madžari (low vegetation).

Authorities continue to monitor the two active sites while crews remain on scene at locations where blazes were recently controlled.

The Center for Crisis Management provided the situation overview up to 13:00; emergency services urged the public to avoid areas with active firefighting operations and to report any new fires immediately.
